HOW TO ORDER
All furniture is made to your own individual specification. Please telephone, between 9am and 7pm any day of the week, or write or email to initiate discussion of your particular requirement. Prices, illustrations and dimensions on this website are for guidance purposes.
SAMPLES
Viewing of sample furniture can be arranged, either at our workshop or in certain circumstances in your home. Samples of wood are available on request.
CHOICE OF SOLID HARDWOOD
Subject to availability, most pieces of furniture are available in American black walnut, ash, beech (plain or spalted), elm, oak, or sycamore. Due to the natural properties of real wood, variations in colour do occur. Small knots, little cracks and slight shade variations of the grain are natural characteristics of real solid wood.
FINISHES
Your furniture can be finished in one of three ways; waxed, oiled or lacquered. A complimentary caring kit will be supplied with waxed or oiled pieces and an information sheet supplied with all furniture.

PAYMENT
A 25% deposit is required when your order is placed. The balance is due prior to your order being delivered. Payment can be made by either cheque or cash. All our prices are VAT free..
DELIVERY
Delivery lead time is usually 45 weeks, confirmation of this will be made when your order is placed. Delivery will be made at a time of your convenience, including evenings and weekends. In line with our bespoke service, there is no standard delivery charge. The delivery cost will be dependant on the distance involved and the size of the item ordered. Your furniture will be delivered personally and the charge agreed at the time your order is placed. If you prefer it may be possible to collect your furniture in person. Please consider and make us aware of any restrictions or access difficulties at the time of placing your order. Our furniture is not delivered flat-packed!
GUARANTEE
If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your furniture at the time of delivery we will refund you in full. In the unlikely event of a problem arising with your furniture within 12 months of the date of delivery we undertake to repair or replace the piece as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CANCELLATION
As all furniture is bespoke your deposit is not refundable should you cancel your order after the deposit is paid.
